What is New Seasons Online?

Introducing New Seasons Online, our new in-house online shopping platform! By shopping with us on New Seasons Online, you’ll be able to enjoy many of the in-store benefits online that you currently receive in-store. Our website is now a one-stop shop; you can add products from our weekly flyer directly to your cart, earn Neighbor Rewards points on purchases, and check your point balance, read our recipes and blogs – all in one place. 

How do I log in to New Seasons Online?

To make things extra easy, you only need one account for both Neighbor Rewards and New Seasons Online, which means points earned online will be automatically added to your account. A Neighbor Rewards account is required to shop New Seasons Online, so here’s how to get started:

  • If you’re currently a Neighbor Rewards member:
The first time you shop New Seasons Online, at login, you will need to set a new password on your Neighbor Reward account. To do this, click the “forgot your password” link (don’t worry, there are directions on the page to help you). Once you set a new password, you’ll be ready to shop!
  • If don’t have a Neighbor Rewards account (welcome!):
Getting started with New Seasons Online is as easy as setting up a Neighbor Rewards account. You’ll use your Neighbor Rewards account to shop New Seasons Online, and, as a Neighbor Rewards member, you’ll be able to earn points towards $5 discounts that can be redeemed in-store.

Can I return or exchange something I bought?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we'll replace it or refund your money within 90 days with proof of purchase, such as a paper receipt, e-receipt, or swipe of the original payment card. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we can also accept government issued ID and issue a refund on a New Seasons Market gift card up to once a month, excluding items from our Wellness and Homegoods departments.

What are your discount days?

We have two weekly discount days: On Military Tuesdays, veterans and current military receive 10% off most items. On Wisdom Wednesdays, our customers 65 and better receive 10% off most items.

How do I place a grocery delivery or pickup order?

You can use New Seasons Online (shop.newseasonsmarket.com) or our app to place a delivery or pickup order.

We also offer delivery and pickup on Instacart, and delivery on DoorDash and Amazon.

To browse or place an order, visit New Seasons Online at shop.newseasonsmarket.com. On our main website, there are many ways to navigate to New Seasons Online; any links to the Weekly Ad, for example, will take you to New Seasons Online's shoppable page of this week's sales. 

Although the New Seasons Online platform leverages the technology and convenience of Instacart, your New Seasons Online account will be different from your Instacart account. That said, you can still shop with us through the Instacart website and/or app, if you prefer.
