Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt, dairy or non-dairy
1/2 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, broken into quarters and frozen
3 prunes, diced
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 cup of ice
Optional Ingredients
1 shot of espresso, chilled
Directions

Add all ingredients to blender jar and blend until rich and creamy.

Serve in a chilled glass, or take it with you and serve in your favorite insulated thermos or mug.
