Ingredients
12 Medjool dates
1/4 cup peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
1/4 cup chopped nuts of your choice
4 ounces chocolate chips of your choice
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Flaky sea salt for garnish
Directions

Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits.

Fill each date with nut butter (approx. 1 tsp per date) and crushed nuts, then set aside.

Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.

Insert a toothpick into each stuffed date and dip it into the melted chocolate. If needed, use a spoon to fully coat.

Let excess chocolate drip off and place on parchment-lined tray.

Top with the remaining crushed nuts and flaky sea salt.

Refrigerate until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
