Reheating Guide For Your Holiday Meal

How to Reheat Your Fully Cooked Entrée 

Just follow these helpful tips when reheating our prepared holiday foods for the best results. Oven times may vary based on oven type, accuracy of temperature, or the amount of food you're reheating, but all entrées and sides should be reheated to an internal temperature of 165°F. When using the microwave, stir food after one and a half to two minutes. 

Fully Cooked Whole Turkey  
To reheat, see instructions on packaging. Please expect that reheating may take 1–2 hours depending on the size of the turkey.

Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 
To reheat, see instructions on packaging.
 
Brown Sugar Glazed Spiral Sliced Boneless Ham 
The ham is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and wrap it in foil with a slight opening at the top. Place it in a roasting pan and warm in a preheated oven at 325°F for about 18–20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

New Seasons Market Ham (Boneless or Bone-In):
The ham is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 350°F, remove packaging, and place ham in a roasting pan over a drip rack. Add 2-3 cups of water to pan (more as needed during baking to keep drippings from burning) and warm for 20 minutes per pound or until heated to your desired temperature. Remove from oven, cover and allow ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

 Acorn Squash with Wild Rice Stuffing 
The stuffed squash comes fully cooked and is ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and place it on a roasting pan. Gently cover the tops of your stuffed squash with foil, then place in a preheated oven of 325°F for approximately 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 58 minutes to brown stuffing. 

Fully Cooked Boneless Prime Rib Roast
The fully cooked boneless beef rib roast is ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and place it in a roasting pan on a rack (if you don't have a rack, you can elevate the roast off the pan with a few carrots). Cover with foil and warm in a preheated oven at 325°F for approximately 1820 minutes per pound or until desired internal temperature is reached. Remove pan from oven and let rib rest before carving.

Traditional Turkey Dinner for One 
The entire meal is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove the container of cranberry sauce and place the cover back onto the meal. Microwave for approximately two and a half minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove cover and enjoy.

Baked Salmon with Red Onions and Herbs 
The salmon comes fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove salmon from the packaging and place in a baking-safe dish. Place a small amount of water (2–3oz) in the bottom of the dish. Cover with foil and pace in a 325°F oven for approximately 15–20 minutes until desired internal temperature is reached. Remove foil and enjoy.

Beef Brisket with Tomatoes 
The beef brisket comes fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove brisket from the packaging and place in a baking-safe dish. Place a small amount of water (2–3oz) in the bottom of the dish. Cover with foil and pace in a 325°F oven for approximately 15–20 minutes until desired internal temperature is reached. Remove foil, spoon tomatoes and liquid in the pan over the top of the brisket, and enjoy.

Seafood Cakes:
Made in-house and ready to cook and serve. Preheat oven to 350°F, remove packaging and place cakes in a baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.

Latkes
Stove Top: Place a nonstick pan on medium heat and allow the pan to get warm. Place a small amount of preferred oil or cooking spray in pan. Arrange latkes in a single layer. Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Latkes on a sheet pan in a single layer. Bake in oven 6-10 minutes. Or until desire temperature is reached. Season with salt to taste.

Quiche
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover top of quiche with aluminum foil. Bake in oven for about 10 -15 minutes or until desire temperature is reached.
Microwave: Slice quiche into desired portion size. Place in microwave for about 1 minute or until desire temperature is reached.

Tamales
Steam (preferred): Arrange tamales in a steam basket and cover. Place over pot with a small amount of boiling water. Allow tamales to steam for 6-8 minutes.
Microwave: Place in microwave for approximately two minutes.


How to Reheat Your Side Dishes  

Please remove the plastic top from all side dishes before placing food in the oven or microwave. The plastic containers for the following side dishes can go in either your oven or microwave: 

  • Mashed Potatoes

  • Vegan Mashed Potatoes

  • Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Pecans  

  • Savory Bread Stuffing

  • Wild Rice Stuffing

  • Classic Mac & Cheese  

  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts 

  • Roasted Rainbow Carrots with Maple Orange Glaze  

  • Green Bean Casserole^ 

  • Green Beans with Hazelnut Gremolata*  

All other sides should be transferred to an oven- or microwave-safe container before being reheated.

Reheating Instructions: 

Oven Instructions: 
Cover the item with foil and heat in a 350°F oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 

Microwave Instructions: 
Heat uncovered for for 4–6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.  

^Green Bean Casserole: Remove container of crispy onions from green beans, heat in oven at 350°F for 1520 minutes, covered with foil or Microwave 46 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Mix green beans and top with crispy onions. 

*Green Beans with Hazelnut Gremolata: Remove container of gremolata from green beans. Add 12 oz of water to green beans, heat in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes, covered with foil or Microwave 46 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Mix green beans and top with gremolata.

Turkey Gravy, Gluten-Free Turkey Gravy, and Vegan Mushroom Gravy: Warm in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until internal temperature reaches 165°F
