SAVOR THE FLAVORS OF FALL
There’s really nothing quite like fall in the Pacific Northwest. The mornings carry a bite of chill, sweaters start coming out of hibernation, and the bounty of local food is plentiful—from crisp, Pacific Northwest-grown apples to hoppy IPAs, sustainably harvested seafood, and Oregon Pinot Noir. Oh, and of course, pumpkin-flavored everything!
At New Seasons Market, we love this time of year because not only do we get to indulge in all our favorite seasonal comforts (one-pot meals!), but we also get to celebrate the local farmers, ranchers, fishers, artisans, and entrepreneurs who work tirelessly during the fall harvest to bring us all the best, most flavorful foods—picked, harvested, or made with ingredients from our own backyard.
And the best way to celebrate them? Eat their yummy food!
