Reheating Guide For Your Spring Holiday Meal

For the best results, follow these instructions when reheating your Spring holiday meal. Cooking times may vary based on oven type, temperature accuracy, and the amount of food you're reheating, but all entrées and sides should be reheated to an internal temperature of 165°F. When using the microwave, stir food after one and a half to two minutes. 


How to Reheat Your Fully Cooked Entrée 

Brown Sugar Glazed Spiral Sliced Boneless Ham 
The ham is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and place it in a baking dish with a small amount of water (2-3oz) in the bottom of the dish. Cover dish with foil, and warm in a preheated oven at 325°F for 18-20 minutes per pound or until heated to your desired temperature.

Honey Cured Bone-In Spiral Sliced Half Ham
The ham is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 350°F, remove packaging, and place ham in a roasting pan over a drip rack. Add 2-3 cups of water to pan (more as needed during baking to keep drippings from burning) and warm for 20 minutes per pound or until heated to your desired temperature. Remove from oven, cover and allow ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Lemon Rosemary Turkey Breast 
The turkey is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and place it in a baking dish with a small amount of water (or chicken/turkey stock). Cover tightly with foil and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes per pound or until heated to your desired temperature. For crispier skin, remove the foil for the final 5 to 10 minutes of cooking. 

Salmon with Spring Onions  
The salmon is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and place it in a baking dish with a small amount of water (2-3oz) in the bottom of the dish. Cover dish with foil, and warm in a preheated oven at 325°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.  

Broccoli Cheddar Quiche
The quiche is fully cooked and ready to eat chilled or warm. If reheating in the oven, place quiche on a sheet tray and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature. If reheating in the microwave, slice quiche into desired portion size. Place in microwave for about 1 minute or until heated to your desired temperature. 

Quiche Lorraine
The quiche is fully cooked and ready to eat chilled or warm. If reheating in the oven, place quiche on a sheet tray and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature. If reheating in the microwave, slice quiche into desired portion size. Place in microwave for about 1 minute or until heated to your desired temperature. 

Plant Based Brisket with Chimichurri
This Plant based brisket is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and place it in a baking dish. Cover dish with foil, and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.

Beef Brisket Braised with Tomatoes
This brisket is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Remove it from the packaging and place it in a baking dish. Cover dish with foil, and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.

If reheating in the oven, cover the item with foil and heat in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until your desired temperature is reached. If reheating in the microwave, heat uncovered for 4-6 minutes, or until your desired temperature is reached.  

Spinach Feta Risotto Cakes
The plastic OR aluminum container can go in either your oven or microwave. If reheating in the oven, cover the item with foil and heat in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until your desired temperature is reached. If reheating in the microwave, heat uncovered for 4-6 minutes, or until your desired temperature is reached.
